The conference “Macedonian Energy Forum” is being organized for the second time, after its impressive first edition in 2018. The forum is an initiative of AD ESM – JSC Power Plants of North Macedonia, the Government of Republic of North Macedonia, the US Embassy in Skopje and ZIP institute and it will be held on 15-17 May 2019, in Struga, Republic of North Macedonia.
This year, Macedonian Energy Forum is organized around the topics of the global energy transition, new energy sources, energy efficiency and the challenges of the region of Southeast Europe toward the global trends. Macedonian Energy Forum in 2018 started as an initiative whose aim was to encourage a regular formal dialogue on various energy-related topics, contribute to clarifying the interests of energy investors in the region and offer alternative solutions in terms of geo-strategic energy positions.
